Word Integration for simplicity

The easier it is to create letters, the faster you can get them done and get on with enjoying life. T-Word integrates Tracker with Microsoft Word to make letter processing quick, flexible, and efficient. With a few clicks of the mouse, you can create letters, envelopes, and labels for one or many contacts using pre-defined templates. Once documents are created, you can print (or queue for printing later), e-mail, or edit them. T-Word can also automatically import images from ChairSide Imaging into your letters and merge any information from your custom-created electronic Forms.

To save time and avoid frustration, custom templates are easily created and edited by dragging and dropping fields directly from Tracker. And all correspondence produced for a patient is automatically tracked. Use a Form to quickly select medications required for a patient from a list and then print the information using T-Word: in virtually no time you can clinically record prescribed medications and generate a functional prescription form.
