A documented guide to ensure a smooth Tracker implementation process and continued success.Following is the Overview from a series of documents and Questionnaire/Checklists that we present to our new clients who will be implementing Tracker. We refer to the set of documents and the implementation plan that we follow as "The Process" since it will guide everyone through the very important process of successfully implementing Tracker. We believe it is important to understand how we at The Bridge Network will deliver, implement, and continue to support the very best practice management solution for your practice.
Overview
We at the Bridge Network would like to welcome and congratulate you for selecting Tracker, our award-winning software package designed specifically for the Canadian dental community.
In addition to being extremely proud of our product, The Bridge Network believes it is only half the big picture. "The Process" started with a Pre-Demo Questionnaire and expanded to encompass the entire implementation process, as well as what you can expect after implementation to ensuring your complete satisfaction in using Tracker. The Bridge Network is dedicated to implementing a solution rather then simply selling a computer system.
To make certain a smooth, efficient and effective implementation occurs, we have created "The Process" to assist all parties involved. "The Process" consists of a detailed document that explains The Bridge Network's philosophies, as well as checklists/questionnaires for you to fill out and fax back. We feel by making our documents as pro-active as possible, we can find out as much as possible about your needs, wants and concerns and, at the same time, you become familiar with The Bridge Network. A set of these documents will be kept at our office and we will happily forward your copy so that you may keep them in the "Getting Started Section" of your user manual.
For your convenience, there is a Table of Contents to help you become familiar with the material. Please note, however, that not all documents and/or sections will apply to your particular implementation.
