Visual Charting

Seminar Overview:

"Why do you chart a patient the way you do?" The answer usually comes down to the way you were taught in school - which is fair. However, how long ago were you in dental school? Did they have a computer chair-side in your operatory? Probably not, and even if a computer was in the dental lab, it was probably used minimally and simply mimicked paper systems. Since computers have come a long way in the last few years and digital photography and radiography are becoming the norm in a modern dental office, we believe that the way you think about how you chart a patient should be revisited. This seminar explores new ideas of how you can use today's technology in your operatory and how you can chart your patients more accurately and more efficiently. We introduce you to the concept of "Visual Charting!" using TBN's new ChairSide Imaging and ChairSide Charting programs - after all, "A picture is worth a thousand words!"

This Educational Seminar explores new ideas of how you can use today's technology in your operatory and how you can chart your patients more accurately and more efficiently. We explore some of the advanced features and benefits of our ChairSide Imaging & ChairSide Charting programs. In doing so, we will also demonstrate our concept of "Visual Charting!" This seminar will be of interested to current clients using our ChairSide Suite products as well as non-clients.

Patient Correspondence using T-Word & T-Forms

Seminar Overview:

Most offices would agree that Patient correspondence is essential to building a practice and keeping in contact with your patients. It's so fast and easy to create correspondence using Tracker's T-Word and T-Forms Add-on modules that you will not have any excuses for not keeping in touch with patients and others. This session will be beneficial to all office receptionist and mangers using Tracker (especially Ortho and other Specialist offices).

Through live demonstrations you will learn how to:

A high-level session only for Doctors who do not know Tracker/computers very well so that you can better understand what Tracker can provide you!

It's not uncommon that many dentists who own dental practices are uncomfortable with computers or what information software programs are capable of providing. Many doctors rely on others to provide them with the information they need.
