Do Mail Merges from Tracker!

T-Word is a Tracker Add-On product that integrates Tracker with Microsoft Word. With a few clicks of the mouse, you can:

  • Create letters, envelopes and labels for one or many contacts using pre-defined templates.
  • Print, e-mail, edit, or queue all documents until it is convenient to print.
  • Automatically import images from ChairSide Imaging into your letters.
  • Merge any information from your custom forms created with T-Forms.
  • Easily create and edit custom templates by “Dragging and Dropping” fields directly from Tracker.
  • Select contacts by various search criteria based on specific Contact or Appointment related information.
  • View a log of all previously created documents.
  • Specify user-defined options for letterhead and double click action.
  • Track all correspondence produced for a patient in Tracker.

In order to use T-Word, you must have Tracker 10 (or later) and Microsoft Word 2000 (or later) installed on your system.
