Complete Redesign of Tracker Dental Practice Management System
March 5 2012 – TORONTO – The Bridge Network, a Canadian dental software solutions maven, will be launching the completely redesigned ‘Tracker 11’ at the Pacific Dental Conference in Vancouver. Over 20 years ago, Tracker was the first Canadian dental program written for Microsoft Windows. Now, by incorporating collective feedback from over 1,100 dental offices, and with two decades of superior product development and implementation experience, The Bridge Network’s all-new Tracker 11 provides a complete evolution in intelligent dental practice management systems, with unsurpassed clinical applications and unparalleled choice in digital equipment.
“The Bridge Network has always strived to be cutting edge in dental software tools and services to enhance the businesses and lives of our clients,” said Frank Dionisi, Director of Marketing & Sales, The Bridge Network. “The revolutionary new Tracker 11 dental practice management system was redesigned from the ground up to provide an innovative and unparalleled experience. No other software comes close to its design and functionality, with this much in-field industry experience.”
State-of-the-Art Technology meets two decades of experience:
The completely redesigned Tracker 11 is built on the original fully integrated program utilizing the latest in technology. This new version, however, has added functionality, integrates and streamlines the dental management process further, and makes navigation and access to information even easier.
Tracker 11 has a number of new core features:
For one, with Tracker 11 the number of ‘clicks’ required to access information has been reduced. For example, by simply hovering over an appointment, the Patient Info Pane automatically displays all pertinent patient information. Another enhancement is Tracker 11’s improved intuitive processing. With the addition of many new Smart Automated Procedures, Tracker 11 acts like an active member of the dental team remembering processes and details so the dental practitioner doesn’t have to. For example, after completing a patient’s treatment, Tracker’s Automated Checkout Checklist will process and print everything you need to dismiss the patient.
With the new pro-active online “lists”, Tracker 11 added to its Appointment Manager’s ability to provide a directory of information that is easily viewed, grouped and updated. A similar pro-active online Receivable Manager was also added, followed by a Treatment Maximizer, which allows the dental practitioner to optimize patient insurance benefits. Finally, the majority of Tracker’s reports are now ‘interactive’, which means one can ‘click on’ areas of reports to get further details without having to print or access other screen.
Tracker, in the beginning…
Tracker 11 was developed via a comprehensive beta testing cycle and was only set for delivery when confirmed it was working as expected. This way, it ensured an optimal product delivery with minimal interruption to clients. The latest design is based on the original Tracker, which is used in more than a thousand offices across Canada to date. Tracker has become an industry leader as the first true scheduling-based system.
Tracker 11 is an all-in-one program that utilizes the latest in technology. The clinical components of the application share one database and do not incorporate “bridges” or “integrated” clinical modules. You now have access to all your information from anywhere never having to leave one “module” to go into another giving you great efficiency and flexibility.
The Bridge Network
Founded in 1992, The Bridge Network designs, markets and implements industry-specific practice management software solutions. It was the first to market a scheduling-based system written exclusively for Windows, and the first company to introduce the concept of ‘Visual Charting’. After its flagship product, Tracker, won best overall application design by Visual Basic Programmer’s Journal in 1995, it has, over the years, received much praise in the industry. The Bridge Network continues to integrate its Tracker system with leading-edge computing tools, and continues to provide optimum technical support. The Bridge Network has two principals who bring a diversity of experience and knowledge working within computer technology and the dental industry. It is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
