New Carrier - Assumption Life

Offices across Canada may have received a letter from Emergis with an introduction for a new carrier called Assumption Life.

To add Assumption Life to Tracker as an Insurance carrier click on Edit | Insurance Carriers. If Assumption Life is already listed without its settings simply add the settings below, otherwise click on New, type the Company name Assumption Life and enter its carrier information as follows:

  • Carrier ID: 610191
  • Network: NDC/ACE
  • Under EDI4 Transactions checkmark (Claim) and (Reversal)
  • Click OK when you are done to save changes.

New BackTrack Pricing

The Bridge Network has introduced a new bracket for BackTrack with a its new price. Offices that need to backup over the 1GB free limit will now go into the (1 - 5GB) bracket rather than (1 - 10GB).

In keeping with our philosophy of ‘Working Smart’ and with our slight shift in priorities to focus on servicing our current clients, The Bridge Network has decided to host another Hospitality Suite in Vancouver, BC on March 5, 2007 (the night before the Pacific Dental Conference).

Success from previous Hospitality Suites has encouraged us to continue with them because it lets us spend more time with you in a comfortable atmosphere rather than at a traditional trade show booth. Therefore, we will NOT have a booth on the Exhibitor Floor at this year’s Pacific Dental Conference.

Our Hospitality Suites creates a better setting for our trainers, technical support reps, value added resellers/consultants and company owners to not just answer your questions, but to help us explore solutions to everyday, conventional issues in a non-conventional setting.

This Educational Seminar explores new ideas of how you can use today’s technology in your operatory together with our software to truly improve your effectiveness and efficiency. We explore some of the advanced features and benefits of our ChairSide Imaging & ChairSide Charting programs. In doing so, we will also demonstrate our concept of ‘Visual Charting’ in addition to the efficiencies of having truly integrated software for your entire office. Special Guest Charl Eksteen from Optio Publishing will demonstrate the value of Patient Education that goes beyond their dental visit.  This seminar will benefit current clients using our ChairSide Suite products and be very enlightening to those who are considering going digital. Mini-Demonstrations on the Topic of Your Choice:

On Thursday and Friday, John Legourdas, Frank Dionisi and Chris Scappatura of Contagious Enthusiasm Inc., will be available to provide mini-demonstrations and discussions on topics of interest to you. Demonstrations will be on a ‘drop-in’ basis and could be on any topic from Tracker, to the ChairSide Suite of products, our ‘Visual Charting’ concept, or our Work Smart Rant Topics or it could be on any one of Chris’s Popular Seminar Topics. 

Mini-Training Sessions on the Topic of your Choice:

Our trainers, Dalida Scarpelli and Linda Bath are available to those interested in mini-training sessions and/or Tracker Data Analysis. The complementary mini-training sessions can be on the topic of your choice - from better use of the Appointment Manager and Managing Receivables - to effective Treatment Planning and Patient Communication.  

Please note these mini-training sessions are a maximum of ONE hour and are by appointment only. In order to have a Data Review Analysis, you must register and make arrangements for TBN to get your Tracker data no later than February 22, 2008.
