Technical Support

Our clients consistently express how happy they are with the quality of our Technical Support. We understand how important it is for you to be able to obtain thorough, timely solutions to your software issues and we take every step to ensure that this happens on each support call. All our technical support professionals are put through a rigorous internal training period before they start assisting clients.

Management

The Bridge Network's two principals bring with them a wealth and diversity of experience working with computer technology. The partners have completed the Co-operative Mathematics program at the University of Waterloo in 1989. Their vision, coupled with today's business demands contributes to the growth of The Bridge Network. The principals use their training and experience to transform client requirements in varying industries into industry leading products, service, and support.

Independent consultants

One of the benefits of working with The Bridge Network is many individuals working with us are also independent consultants. Therefore they can offer you many years of experience and knowledge.

Trainers

All our certified trainers have real working experience using Tracker in an office, so they not only know the product thoroughly, they understand the environment in which it is used.

Having implemented Tracker in many offices over the years, we have gained valuable insight into how people learn a new computer system. That means we do not use the traditional A to Z approach of starting training with adding clients and working through to the bitter end. Experience has shown that this method is inefficient and frustrating. Our trainer begins with showing offices how to enter relevant and timely patient data and focuses on helping users quickly become comfortable with using the electronic schedules (and the critical clinical components). Once office staff is familiar with using our electronic schedules, learning the rest of the program becomes very easy.

Account Managers

Our Account Managers do more than just demonstrate Tracker and our Clinical Applications; they work with you to understand your requirements and manage your account before and after your purchase. They assist you throughout the life of your association with The Bridge Network, whether that means helping you decide what your needs are in a new system, ensuring a successful implementation, coordinating on-going training or making sure that the offices you refer Tracker to remain happy too. By working this way, we can ensure that you are completely satisfied with your investment.

Not only have all our Account Managers been fully certified to demonstrate our software products, they also have extensive experience with Tracker and are extremely familiar with the dental office environment. Most Account Managers are also independent practice management consultants which gives them a unique insight into your needs.
